Job definition
Responsible for monitoring the performance of the quality management system and reporting to senior management or their successor in this regard.
Related duties and responsibilities
- Implementing and establishing a control system for records and control of records
- Implementation and establishment of corrective action and preventive measures
- Organize the internal audit of the laboratory and monitor the good implementation of the internal audit process of the laboratory.
- Collecting and analyzing data and information related to the technical performance submitted by the technical manager of the laboratory as well as the system operation in the form of inputs of the management review sessions and performing the coordination necessary for conducting the management review by the chief executive and monitoring the management's management outputs
- Participation and coordination with the senior manager in order to implement the policy provisions and quality objectives of the laboratory and review them and determine and formulate the quality objectives.
- Collaborate on the assessment and selection of subcontractors and purchasing suppliers
- Check customer complaints
- Ensure the establishment, deployment and maintenance of required processes for quality management system
- Reporting to the senior manager of the laboratory about the performance of the quality management system and any need or opportunity to improve
- Ensuring the knowledge of the laboratory regarding the requirements of the customers and the legal requirements
- Reviewing and verifying compliance procedures with standards
- Analysis of data related to the quality management system and preparation of relevant statistical reports
- Preparation and development of lab program improvement projects and submission to senior management for approval

Metallurgy Engineering and Chemical Engineering of Petrochemical Industries
Skills
- Familiarize yourself with one of the foreign languages
Full mastery of the provisions of the quality policy of the laboratory, - processes, procedures and other documentation of the quality system of the laboratory.
- Mastering Office Software
