Related duties and responsibilities
- Determine the policy, strategy and quality objectives of the laboratory and monitor their implementation.
- Approve all procedures and lab instructions and quality labs
- To conduct a review of the laboratory management in order to establish, maintain and improve the quality system of the laboratory based on all inputs provided by the quality manager and the technical manager of the lab
- Superior monitoring of all processes and activities related to the quality system and affect the test results
- Creating a good work environment for better things.
- Review requests, suggestions or contracts for organizations and recipients of outsourced services
- Communication with competent authorities such as Iran's Institute for Standardization and Industrial Research, Iran's Accreditation System, and International Accreditation Authorities.
- Supervising and co-operating with the quality manager and technical manager in relation to implementing the best practices.
- Addressing internal and external customer complaints related to services provided by the lab
- Identify the technical manager of the lab

Education
BS in Metallurgy and higher
Skills
- Dominate one of the foreign languages
- Understanding the provisions of the Quality Labs, Procedures, Procedures and other documentation of the Lab Quality System
